White Masterbatch

RAH POLYMERS has a unique mixing process that get used during the manufacture of White Masterbatch allow for the incorporation of very high levels of solids (up to 85%), with good dispersion properties. This capability enables us to meet typical applications such as: High loading of well dispersed high quality pigment (Titanium Dioxide) suitable for very thin film as hospital protection sheeting and for the layer of co extruded products, especially heavy duty sacks.

Masterbatches suitable for injection moulding applications, such as bottles, tubs, buckets, etc. Where good pigment dispersion is essential.

White Masterbatches are formulated to meet the requirements of specific applications. This range of products contains titanium dioxide with additions ranging from 20-85 %.

Low cost masterbatches gives good opacity at low addition rates.
